About Juestina Lu

Prior to joining the Boland team, Juestina worked in new development rentals and sales for several years. Expanding on that solid experience, she now focuses on all residential real estate transactions throughout NYC, including condos, co-ops and townhouses. Her innate people skills, fluency in Mandarin, meticulous eye for detail and communicative nature are the keystones to her success.
