Richman’s producer credits include Clint Eastwood’s popular “Gran Torino” (2008).
He’s also worked with Richard Gere, Claire Danes and Salma Hayek.
His three-bedroom co-op comes with a 1,553-square-foot private roof terrace for dining al fresco or lounging in a hammock as you take in views from the downtown skyline to the George Washington Bridge.
Richman bought the digs in 2006 for $982,499, records show.
Additions include a custom concrete fireplace, a hand-crafted floor-to-ceiling bookshelf and lots of custom California closets.
